RNI~B talking books are being digitally watermarked

got this from some RNIB staff on a mailing list, as of 10th May the files used on RNIB daisy books are being watermarked, meaning each talking book that's sent out now has a unique digital signature, in short they can be traced back to people uploading them over the web, just thoughth you all might like to know

and so they should. will the water marks be on the purchased copies too? not saying i'll upload any books, just curious. though if the water mark says, this belongs to rnib, then i suppose it would have such.

I assume they would, though with purchased ones its hard to say as they're not produced in quite the same way as the ones that are put on to CDR for distribution by post, I'm not an expert but that's my understanding.
